Overall the main reason for working as partners in cooperation across EU-countries is to benefit from each partners expertise and perspective. Thus, creating productive enrichment to the project results by exchange of cultural experiences, inspiration and challenge of assumptions. This is a clear advantage when breaking new ideas and methods which can be implemented directly in the work with social services and labour market efforts supporting inclusion. In this way the project activities are designed as an inclusion laboratory for supporting the NEETs. By doing the project as a transnational endeavor, the partners will gain new knowledge, new partners, new platforms – and thus opportunity for supporting and training NEETs and personnel working with them.
The activities of the project are designed to; firstly the transnational cooperative development of resources for open-access general use; secondly the usability to tailor for local implementation, testing and evaluation; and thirdly for dissemination and communication of the project resources and output.
