The teacher’s toolkit can be used to help trainers and facilitators understand the best practices, methodologies, and tools available for promoting the inclusion of NEET’s into society and the labour market. This includes strategies for effective mentorship, handling real-world challenges, and utilizing resources developed by the project such as e-learning and the inclusion platform.

The training guide is an illustrative example of how a workprocess can be broken down to a step-by-step training guide to be used by the NEETs. In this example it is the workprocess of cleaning hydro shelves from the hydropnic facility used for growing microgreens.
