The primary target group of the project is the staff of the project partners, including trainers, teachers, specialists, and other relevant staff. They oversee the development of the inclusion resources and evaluation by training courses. Thus it is important that they have a strong knowledge of the field and are dedicated to continuing and developing the program in the future. The focus is on the development and actual testing of the inclusion initiatives and resources in order to ensure quality output of the project.
The secondary target group are actors directly involved in the pilot programs. This group contains the young NEETs, who are participating in a pilot program during the project period. Not only by being offered occupational opportunity, but also as contributor to the development of the inclusion resources with valuable feedback. Additionally, the project involves a wide network of other actors, which consist of all the people directly involved and invested in the inclusion of the NEETs in the labour market. It is the professionals supporting the NEETs in this transition, in particular personnel in the local department responsible for employment. But also other professionals that might play a role in a rehabilitating capacity. Finally it is of course also the personnel in organizations of existing or potential inclusion pilot programs.
The tertiary target group are all those indirectly involved in the pilot programs. All those that find the process and output of the project interesting for various reasons: the local civic society, professionals in the field, potential future company partners, organizations concerning ASD, friends and family of the NEETs and more. This group is primarily targeted for communication of awareness about the project activities and output, aimed at generating attention on the issue and seeds for future expansion of the programs.
